This project showcases my design documentation completed in Revit. The site was an exisiting single story apartment within a four story building with a roof top terrace. The client had previously owned the single flat but had recently purchased the rooftop and desired to have the two spaces brought together to create a single apartment.

The entire roofing structure had to be reconstructed to allow for the new build within the rooftop and a brand new staircase had to be designed to connect the floors and fit into the space while still abiding by all building codes and regulations.

FF&E items were selected then then 3D modelled precisely from item specifications before being placed into the space, including door, window and joinery mechanisms, etc.
